Required Notice for Catered Events

Moment In Thyme request that you try to place your order at least one week in advance. For pick-up and home deliveries, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice.  When possible, we will honor orders on short notice.

Service Charges Catering

Delivery, set up, and pick up and/or use of equipment for all hot food is free of charge. A 7% sales tax will be added to all catered meals. If your organization is tax-exempt, we require a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. The above information applies to all orders unless other arrangements have been made with Moment In Thyme.

Service Staff

Wait staff and/or buffet table management and/or clean up - $14.00 per service hour.

Event Payment Schedule Deposit*

Reserving designated date(s): A deposit of 15% of the estimated meal charge is to be made when an agreement is reached for the service of Moment In Thyme. This deposit reserves the designated date(s). After planning is complete, a contract can be downloaded from this site, signed and returned to Moment In Thyme. Please double check the date, time, location and details of your event and return the signed contract to us by mail or in person.

*Deposits are not refundable.

Confirming Number of Guests

Three weeks prior to the date of the event, the number of guests served will be confirmed. No deductions in guest count can be made after this date. Moment In Thyme will do its best to provide for additional guest count after this date.

Balance Due

The balance of the bill will be due fifteen days prior to the day of the event, unless arrangements have been made by Moment In Thyme. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past due accounts.
